Special City Nature Challenge Session of Kingman Explorers

Join Living Classrooms for in-person, outdoor family explorations with Kingman Explorers!

On this day, our young Explorers will be learning to identify some of the local frog and toad calls while our grownup Explorers will get a tutorial from Living Classrooms staff in using iNaturalist to participate in species identification for the 2022 City Nature Challenge.

During April, Kingman Explorers will be at 4pm on Wednesdays. Please register for individual dates through Eventbrite. Check out the Eventbrite link for this date for more information and registration.

Space is limited! The target age for the Kingman Explorers program is 5-11 years old, but siblings are welcome! Group size will be limited to 30 including all children (each sibling counts) and their accompanying grownup(s).

This project is supported through the Community Stormwater Solutions Award Program with funding provided by the District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment and the Chesapeake Bay Trust.
