FrogWatch is a citizen-science project in which volunteers collect and submit data on calling frogs and toads in ponds and wetlands around Kingman + Heritage Islands. This month we will again be monitoring a few sites on Kingman + Heritage Island and adding a few sites across the street at Langston Golf Course. This includes an orientation, 40-60 minutes of paddling time, and a short trash sorting and weighing period at the end. You’ll be contributing directly to research into what kind of trash is found in the river and where it comes from!
