Join the Anacostia Watershed Society for a 2-hour boat tour launching from Kingman Island's dock on the Anacostia River, as part of their Anacostia River Discovery Series. You’ll explore the ecological and historical changes that have occurred in the river and in the communities around the river and witness some of the restoration of river habitats and how it has caused the rebound of the wildlife in the Anacostia River.
